Thoracic pain by principal is any pain located above the belly-button up to the mandible, in other words, it covers all the superior abdominal area up to the neck and mandible. The Acute Myocardial Infarction pain can manifest itself in several ways in this area, and can be mistaken with other pathologies like gastritis or even with a tooth ache.
